The Senior class of 2002 for St. Francis Academy are:
The seniors have been there for each other since day one of their freshmen year. Over the years, the class has shared many laughs and tears. We have done many activities such as: our freshmen/sophomores dances, junior bar-b-que fund-raiser, our participation in our class booths at our Mayfest, and no one can forget our adopting a family for Christmas ('00)--their happiness and gratitude of finding their presents and a Christmas dinner will always be in our hearts.
Our ring ceremony in which our class rings were blessed and we accepted the challenge to becoming a senior. And our first junior/senior prom, which was held at the Scottish Rites Cathedral on May 5, 2001. These memories will be a part of our hearts always.
For our Senior year, each student chose an incoming freshmen as their little sister, in which they can be their role model and guidance through the year. The seniors have an Initiation Day, where they can dress their freshmen little sisters as traditional fishes or as babies. This helps both the senior and their little sister to have fun and to open to one another, and so they can be aware that they have a helping friend in the following school year.
