Have you heard about theming?? if you don't, this is not the place for you. Sorry :| I have dedicated my free time to create themes for two amazing shell replacements for windows: Geoshell and LiteStep, the last one where created a few years back by LoneRunnr, this guy doesn't want to do things "the Microsoft way", but after some time he stopped working on the project so he released it under GNU license (as this site), and if you have LITESTEP you know the whole story.
