The Security Department has a new crewman; Jack Peterson. Jack is currently deployed with the US Army in Germany. I know he would appreciate any mail. Snail mail is best in this situation as it will give him something solid from home. Co Jess has his address.

The new security k-9 corp is shaping up nicely, if I could just get Aschen to stop stealing socks and get Bruno out of the mess hall.

We also lost an invaluable source of wisdom and guidance, a die hard trekker since the beggining, a man who was not affraid to speak his mind, a man who once warmed a half frozen kitten inside his shirt, a husband, a father, a friend. We will miss him always.
