The Hurdle and Cone Stike Zone Set-Up

The official strikezone for Stickball shall be a hurdle. It shall be raised beyond the highest setting, so that the top section is barely resting on the bottom section. A large, orange traffic cone will be placed inside the hurdle so it is resting on the adjustment knobs. On this cone another traffic cone will be placed so that the bottom end is facing the pitcher.

One strike will be awarded on the following conditions:

* The ball hits , or goes through any part of the hurdle.

Two Strikes will be awarded for the following

* The ball hits the cone.

Three Strikes will be awarded for the following:

* The ball goes in to the hole in the cone. It must go all the way in, but it does not matter if it rolls out.

Extra info:

*As per regular baseball rules, if the batter swings and misses it counts as a strike. However, this can be added to any of the called strikes. Hence, if someone swings and misses or fouls the ball into the cone, it would be an automatic three strikes.

* Strikes carry over. If the batter gets more than three strikes, at his next at bat he will have as many strikes as he had over three at his last up. If a player misses or fouls the ball into the hole when he already has two strikes on him, he gets six strikes total. Three carry over, and at his next up he is automatically out. This is a very celebrated occurance, and is worthy of being added to the hall of shame.
