I never expected this house to be the one I would show first. I thought the first house I would show off would be Ginia Kat's new house or my 2 flat building at 51 Ridge Road. Or just ANY house. But surprise surprise, Claire Charming's new digs won the race.
Claire's house is on the same lot as she originally lives in in the game, at 69 First Avenue. This is NOT an original house made by me, this is Claire's old house with modifications. I made the livingroom and the bathroom a bit bigger and changed all the corners into a 90°. The only thing the same is the bedroom.
I wasn't going to show this house at all because it is the original Maxis design, but when I was finished and looking over it I decided to show it off anyway :)
I do not play this character much if at all but she is still an integral part of this neighbourhood that I play in, although it is quite difficult to befriend her as she prefers to be by herself and is quite self-sufficient young lady. But her dog Luna is very affectionate and really likes a pat or a full cuddle session.
The house as it looks like on the images below, costs 28.900 Simoleons so in my game this house doesn't hold all the items that are shown in the images. As I play Claire as a none cheat family, poor Claire is going to have to earn some more money before she can furnish the house that way. But I am offering you this house for download as it looks like in the pictures.
But I unfortunatly forgot -- and didn't discover until after taking and editing the pictures -- Luna's accessories, like a bed, food bowl and such little things that make a 'man's best friend' happy. Had to add them in later like the light fictures in the bathroom. And so will you have to. Sorry but too lazy to re-do all the pictures.
