Oscar: Been pulling diced carrot out of there all morning

Oscar: Yeah…

Pete: (Looks directly at Mac)

Pete: Yeah you!

Mac: (Looks around uncertainly before looking at him and smiling) Okay, your on!

Ange: So...Are you going to the reunion?

Mac: Yes Oscar…Thank you… (Hangs up) Ah, apparently the wires working…fine!
Mac is rolling around in bed, uncontrollable, singing “Don’t fall in love...”, giggling and humming softly to herself. Danni is trying to tuck her in and Pete is holding the bedspread. She tugs it off him.
PETE (to Danni): Have I done something wrong? Hey, if I hadn’t taken Olivia outside-
DANNI: You were just doing your job Pete
PETE: Yeah-
DANNI: Very thoroughly
PETE: I’ll get a glass of water
MAC: Water...water...(Pete walks out as Danni sits next to Mac. At the feel of someone next to her Mac turns).
MAC: Bill...Bill I miss you Bill...
DANNI: Bill’s not here Mac
MAC: Bill’s not here?
DANNI: No
MAC: (tears in her eyes as Danni removes her earrings for her) Oh, we were going so well
DANNI: Yeah, I know it was
MAC: (puts her hands together on her chest) He just went (pulls her hands apart in an exploding motion) phoooooooooshhht...And now he never calls me
(Pete returns and Danni moves and stands in the doorway as he sits where she had been)
PETE: Here, here Mac, have a sip
MAC: Oh Pete! Hi Pete.
PETE: Hi!
MAC: What happened? What were we doing?
PETE: We made a bust. We’re heroes.
MAC: Oh good...Pete, Pete (she reaches out, trying to grab his hand from behind her head. Pete reaches out and takes it)
PETE: Yeah
MAC: Whatever happened to us? You know. We were good together, weren’t we?
PETE: Yeah, we were.
MAC: Yeah, we used to have fun
