Kitties
Well, I did some damage while I was in Arizona about a year ago on my Spring Break. We went to a pound to see if there were any dogs that Heidi wanted because she had grown up with dogs and wasn't much of a cat person. Well, dad on the other hand is a cat person and so am I. So while they were looking at the Kennels, I went to the where the kitties were at and I found the sweetest kitten. She was just 3 months old and she was a cute little gray kitty and I fell in love with her. Heidi and my dad found me and she didn't even want to hold them at first but there was another kitten that looked like the one I was holding. They looked so much alike that we thought they were from the same litter but they weren't. Anyway, Heidi fell in love with the other kitten and she didn't want to get one and have it not have a playmate so she got the one I was holding. The pound named them Lucky and Lucy so we kept those names.
I put some pictures of the two of them on here along with a couple pictures of my cats and then there are separate pages for each of the kitties.
We got them home and I opened up the box. Lucy is on the left ready to jump out of the box and Lucky is the one looking up at me. She's the shy one..
The kitties found a comfortable chair in the family room and perched on it for a little while - Lucy is the one looking at the camera on the left and Lucky is on the right.
Heidi and I sat on the floor in the living room playing with the kitties with ribbon. When my dad took the picture, Lucky got bored and started to walk away and Lucy's on the floor behind her playing with my ribbon.
Aren't they cute? They loved that ribbon..I think they tore it to shreds. Lucy's on the left again and Lucky's the other one - she's my favorite.
It's a fact - when you start petting a cat and they fall asleep, you fall asleep. My mom was watching a movie and my cat, Taz (Tazmania), climbed up on her lap so mom started petting her and fell asleep.
This is my retarted cat, Patches. She is the strangest cat - one minute she'll be bouncing off walls, the next minute she'll want to climb up on your shoulder and drool a bucketfull of spit and then she'll hate you the next minute and claw at you if you get near her. She's a spaz - this was one of her spastic moments - she decided to climb up into our towel cabinet and just chill there until she got bored. Either that or she wasn't getting the attention she wanted so she left...who knows.
