The Music of the 70's were a  pure delight.  we had 70s Songs with wonderful lyrics 70s memories will stay with us probably forever & the 70s fashions do we really confess to what we wore.  Some of the leading 70s Solo stars where outrageous especially the Glam Rock stars we had Glitter Bowie Slade Bolan

The 70's believe it or not started with Rolf Harris's "Two Little Boys"  at No1. 

The 70's overall where  to take off  where the 60's left off after "flower Power" we had "Glam Rock" such as Bowie, T-rex, The Glitter Band, etc

Soul was a core music though the whole decade.

The latter half was the Disco and Funk stages. It also gave us Punk and the 1st woman Prime Minister of Brittan
