Welcome to the Cadet Rule and Regulations area. All cadets are to know the following rules and understand them. If
  you have any questions about them please contact your commanding officer.

  The Rules of New Worlds
  1) Never use bad langauage during post or when sending messages to someone else. This just causes more problems
  than are needed.
  2) Never change a mission on the post you are on without permission from your commanding officer to avoid problems.
  This just causes problems that are not needed.
  3) Never kill or hurt someone elses character as this can hurt someone's feels or cause problems which are not needed.
  Doing so without approve can have you removed from the Fleets site and have you placed on the Black List. This is the
  Main rule of New Worlds
  4) Sexual comments or harrasment will not be allowed on this site. It's the law and will place you on the Black list if
  found to be guilty, and not only with us but with several other sites, as we are linked to several others around the world.

  This is the basic rules.

  Regulations are that which governs the operation of ships and can differ from ship to ship. Please ask your commander
  on the regs of the ship. They will be glad to help you.
