Enemy Races

Intelligence is the backbone of the High Star Fleet Command. Intelligence is to protect
the Federation from both foreign and domestic enemies. Their mission is to gather
intelligence, do covert operations, infiltrate the enemy and give military help to allies
behind enemy lines. This could include weapons, medical, intelligence, resue
operations and anything else.

Hostile forces that are a threat to Federation personal.

Symbol of the Blood Raiders	Warning!! All Federation Personal Warning!! Nausicans are large and aggressive people renowned for their lack of sublety and are ill tempered. They are the same ones that are known to have stabbed Capt. Picard in the heart from the back when he was still an Ensign. In many ways they are like the Breen in their pirate standings . In the last several months a group known as the Blood Raiders have started attacking ships and bases along the Federation and Cardassian borders. They even have hit minor Federation post and land bases. Use all precautions when dealing with others of their kind.
Symbol of the Lyran Republic	Lyrans are a warrior race, comparable to the Klingons and Jem'Hadar in many areas, better in others. Strong, fast, aggressive and deadly. The Lyrans are extremely violent and brutal in their dealings with other empires. Lyran disposition is similar to that of Klingons as they are fierce and passionate, with an intense love of combat. The Lyrans where once on the council some 150 years ago but then pulled out about 80 years ago. No contact has been made with them since as their location is deep in the Beta Quadrant.
Symbol of the Syndicate	Satarrans-The Satarrans have been at war with the Lysian Allience for a long time This conflict has been going on for so long because of the fact that neither side has particularly efficient technology. However, the Satarrans have developed a scanning beam that has the ability to blank memories via brain chemistry. It can also be used to manipulate computers.The Satarrans can fake human readings on sensors. In appearance, they are glimpsed as having a humanoid yet bony exoskeleton. They are mainly traders with black market contacts. They have been seen with the Breen, Nausicans and the Orion pirates. Use caution when dealing with Satarrans.
Symbol of the Vegran-Lords	Warning!! All Federation Personal Warning!! Vegrans-very little is known of the Vegrans at this time other than they are very aggresive to other races. In the last several months the have attacked three Federation Galaxy class starships and destroyed two them. The seam to have Breen style weapons and it is believed that the Breen are suppling them with these weapons. All the attacks came from along the outer borders south of the Cardassian and Federation neutral zone.
Symbol of the Gorn Empire	Warning!! All Federation Personal Warning!! The Gorn hate most races and even to this day the Gorn feel they are in a constant state of armed conflict with the Romulans. Based on these encounters the Gorn, understandably, became a bit xenophobic. The main problem with the Gorn are the pirates that believe they should rule the Alpha Quad by force. Either the Breen or Dominion forces are behind the scene. The latest attacks have come on the Klingon and Federation neutral Zones. The Klingons seem to be getting most of the attacks.
Symbol of the Hydrains	Warning!! All Federation Personal Warning!! The Hydran Kingdom is inhabited by a single race. They are one of the more 'alien' dominant races in the known galaxy. They have four arms, three legs and two eyes. Their skin is tough and leathery. They hate good looking races and will attack them on site. Thus most humanoid races of the Alpha and Beta are their enemies. They disappeared some 80 years ago and thought lost until 2376 when Voyager came across them. The Borg call them species 8472. They have advance bio-weapons and even have planet destoyers. Even the Borg can't stand up to them. The only known defense against them is nano-torpedos.
Symbol of the ISC	The ISC believes in peace at any costs, and will not hesitate to interfere or intervene in even the most trivial conflict. The dark under side of the ISC is that they have no respect for individual or cultural rights that violate this fundamental principle, and will go to any lengths to enforce their idea of peace, order, and good government. Even if it means war. They are hostile to all outsiders as they believe outsides will destroy their peace. Ther has been limited contact with the ISC over the last 50 years.
Symbol of the Borg Collective	Warning!! All Federation Personal Warning!! The Borg are one of the most hostile races the Federation has ever meant. If encountered it's advisied that you leave the area at once and notify command.

	Warning!! All Federation Personal Warning!! The Breen pirates are still a major threat as they all did not take part of the peace treaty on DS-9. Since the war, they have been very aggressive to all Federation ships and outpost.
	The Antican race have been at war with the Selay for over a hundred years. Though many of their planets have become members races, so clans have refussed as the Federation has let their enemy the Selay's to also join. These lost clans as they are called are very hostile to all Federation ships. A comman ploy is to act like one of the Founding clans then attack with the purpose to disarm the ship and take over. They could have Federations ships!
	The Selay are three different races under one ruling house. Two of the houses, the searchers and believers have become member races but the vipers, a warrior race which is easy to tell as they are black in color, have a hatred of all warm blood races. They believe that warm blooded races are food and thus are known to capture and eat humanoids alive. They also have a poison like spit that can blind and knock a average person out in 5 seconds. They are aggressive only to warm blood races.
