Game Recap

HIGHLIGHTS:
This game was not as important for the Hammerheads who already clinched the first place in the division as it was for the Sting who is desperately fighting for the second and the final playoff spot. Nevertheless, the Hammerheads didn't allow this one to slide by and put together a good team performance skating to their 14th win this season. 10 out of 12 Hammerheads had at least a point on the night.

At the end of the first period, Mickey Borsody scored 2 goals within 54 seconds which is a pretty good achivment but unfortunately not even close to the club record of 11 seconds for 2 goals by the same player. By the way, Mickey is the one who holds that record !!!

Noticeable streaks:
     - Craig Wallace: 11 games point scoring streak - new club record! He scored 13 goals and had 13 assists for total of 26 points in those 11 games.
     - Ken Anstey: 9 games point and assist scoring streaks (10+21=31 points).
