What We Do

Consulting

We offer a variety of services to you the computer user. We specalize in resolving software and hardware issues with your computer, personalized training, consulting on your needs with computers. We make an appointment to come to your home, on your schedule to help you with what needs to be done.

We will make a contract with you, our client and all work that is to be done will be based on that contract. Our Goal is To provide Exceptional, Personal and Satisfactory service. Most computer problems or questions do not just happen during the normal business hours. They can occurr anytime. That is why we do not just operate between the ours of 9 to 5. Our operation and services are available to you 24 hours a day.

Hardware / Software

What we repair or resolve is any problems with the workings of your computer. In other words, any problems with hardware or software we will try to resolve. A brief, but not complete listing of some of the software and hardware is as follows*:

Feel Free to give us a call and we will dicuss any hardware or software issues that you may have. If any hardware is purchased, depending on the contract there may be a 10% charge above the cost of the hardware. This can be negotiated as per our contract with you.

Training

If you want to learn anything about your computer, such as how to use a particular piece of software, or you simply want to do something but do not know how, we can help. We will set up a time most conveneint to you and we will come to your home, and teach you what you want to know.
