DON'T WORK FOR TURGE!
Although Turge IS a big deal in Europe and is loaded with money, DO NOT work with this crazyman!
I was running sound at a televised awards ceremony in Berlin in 2002, and Turge was the Exec Producer and Creative Consultant. He was in charge of the look of the event, talent, etc.
The guy did NO WORK himself -- everything was farmed out to an army of underpaid "associates" who did the actual work.
I got thrown off the job because I accidentally walked in on him smacking one of these unlucky bastards in the head with a toilet plunger in the men's room. I got the f*ck out of there, but not fast enough, because Turge saw me and had me escorted out before I could tell anyone.
Beware of this guy. He can make you feel like you're the most valuable person in the world -- he'll promise you everything, then use you like a cheap whore.
He's probably gonna fit right in with Hollywood.
