NAVSUP P-485, CH 2 Material Identification

The CARGO (NAVSUP P-4998) is issued three times per year by NAVICP MECH. It consists of the following four chapters:

a. COMNAVSURFLANT/COMNAVSURFPAC Supply Sources and Requisitioning instructions,
b. Ships Store Afloat Requisitioning and Load List,
c. NAVFSSO Subsistence Requisitioning Tables, and
d. The Fleet Issue Load List (FILL).

KEY POINTS:

- The CARGO is issued 3 times per year by NAVICP MECH.
- The CARGO consists of 4 chapters.
- The FILL is contained in the CARGO.
