I. Borrowing Characters/People

A lot of the characters in the Fan Fiction on this page belong to other people (Disney, J.K. Rowling, etc). None of the authors are making any money off of this site for the stories, so no copyright infringement on the characters is intended. If for some reason the person with ownership would like the Fan Fics with their characters to be taken down, email me (with proof that you own the characters) and I will gladly take them down. You might also want to talk to the authors themselves if you believe they are doing something unlawful, but please remember that no one on this site is making any money. At all.

II. Authors' Copyrights

All of the stories on this page are written by the authors, and there is no plagerism that I know of (if the authors use quotes from the movie/book/song/etc they should put a disclaimer on the FF itself). Taking these stories without permission from the author, and especially passing them off as your own is illegal, so just don't do it. If you would like to put the FF up on your own page, please contact the authors themselves, not me (unless you don't know how to contact the author), unless the author is unknown or I don't have the email address up there. In this case, it is assumed by me that the authors don't mind more people reading their story, but if you do find your story up here and don't want it posted, email me (again, with proof that it's yours) and I'll take it off the page for you.

III. Storm Herself

I am making no money off the Fan Fiction posted on this site. All of it is given to me (or the links are given to me) by the authors, and they do not pay me to post their stories. If you believe that I am doing something unlawful, email me and tell me what, and I will change what I am doing.

IV. Obsenities/Slash/Anything else you find offensive

There are stories posted on this page that may be inappropriate for younger audiences. The stories have ratings on them (or will in the near future) so use your own judgement in what you want to read and not read. I post these things because I feel that everyone has a right to have their writings posted if they desire, and I cannot protect the younger audiences from all the inappropriate things on the internet (it's quite impossible). The best I can do is to put a rating on them, and if you don't like or agree with what's up here, then please, just don't read it. I do not offer an opinion on what's right and wrong to write, so please don't think I am biased or unbiased (depending on your opinion). I will not take any stories off my page because you think they are inappropriate in any way (except for the legal way, see Section I.), so please do not ask.

V. Other

Please remember that this is all for the enjoyment of readers everywhere, and I'm trying to stay within the law. If anything on this page is unlawful that you know of, I'd really like to know about it before I get sued (which, by the way, would be somewhat pointless, because I am flat broke and you'd end up with a bed and a cat who doesn't like people), so if you do know of something unlawful that I am doing, please don't hesitate to email me.
