Dolphin Crafthall


The Dolphincraft Hall is located both on and in a peninsula that juts out into the ocean. The unique double caverned interior of the peninsula perfectly suits the needs of the dolphineers, who can safely house all of their dolphin partners during inclement weather and tend to any injuries of their friends in the second, inner chamber. There is a large, spacious beach on either side of the peninsula for swimmers, and pathways lead down from the top, where the dolphineers are housed, to the beaches below.

Craftmaster Lavi - (NPC, Adoptable) - Lavi is a 35 turn old with a toned appearance from all her time swimming in the water with her dolphin partner Kilos. Lavi stands at 5'6" and has lively brown eyes that can be quite cold if need be, yet are warm and inviting at other times. She has waist long hair that she generally keeps in a braid unless there is a special occasion when she'll do something interesting with it, or brush it to a shine and keep it down. She has a long thin scar tracing down her stomach and is followed around by her blue flitter Minion.

Headwoman Feisa - (NPC, Adoptable) - Feisa is a 47 turn old former Dolphineer who was injured in her right arm and can no longer swim. She runs the Hall smoothly even with her handicap, and has learned the art of delegation quite well for those things that she can no longer do. She stands at 6"8" and is still trim and fit. She keeps her long, very curly hair down to her waist and doesn't bother to tie it up, preferring to leave it down. Her lively blue eyes sparkle with her frequent laughter as she finds almost everything amusing.


Masters
Master Grathiel - (NPC, Adoptable) - Grathiel is a 38 turn old who stands at 6'5" with long black hair and brown eyes. She is excellent at teaching new apprentices and Journeymen the art of taking care of the ailments of their dolphin friends, and is most often found in the inner cavern if there is an injured dolphin in need of her care.

Master Yardocia - (NPC, Adoptable) - Yardocia is a 37 turn old who stands at 6'7" with short, wavy brownish-blond hair and brown eyes. She is good at getting the excited apprentices calmed down or getting the bored ones excited about something, and is in charge of orientation for the apprentices when they first arrive.

Master Ziwyn - (NPC, Adoptable) - Ziwyn is a 42 turn old with a happy go lucky attitude. He stands 6'4" tall and shaves his head bald, making the main focus his striking gray eyes. His thin frame feels the cold quite easily, and he loves the water just off the southern continent much better than the Northern waters.


Journeymen
Journeyman Benaji - (Non-Adoptable NPC) - Benaji is the younger brother of Weyrlingmaster Aerya and Journeywoman Harper Bekka of Rising Dawn Weyr. He has wild, spiky blondish-brown hair and startlingly big blue eyes. He chose to apprentice to the Dolphincraft because of his love of the ocean and of having fun. What better job than the one that actually encourages you to play? His partner, Cal, is a dark grey dolphin with scars crisscrossing his nose. Benj, as his friends call him, is responsible enough to know when it's time to play and when it's time to be serious, but he usually manages to make even classes and serious learning into a game.

Journeyman Doderic - (NPC, Adoptable) - Doderic is a handsome lad of 19 who has medium-length brown hair with blond highlights due to all his time in the sun. He has green eyes and a well-defined mouth and is usually seen in white or green tunics, always with his journeyman knots on. He's an extrovert, very friendly, and is currently working hard to earn his Master knots.

Journeywoman Abyn - (NPC, Adoptable) - Abyn is a 24 turn old who stands at 6'6" with short, straight blond hair that she keeps not even a finger-length long so that it doesn't get in her face when she's swimming. Her green eyes sparkle constantly and she's happiest when she's with her dolphin partner Keali.

Journeywoman Dolphineer Aylivia - (NPC, Adoptable) The 20 turn old daughter of Master Fisher Verin and Journeywoman Fisher Aylla, Aylivia has inherited her father's dark brown hair and her mother's green eyes and trim figure. Although she shared her parents love for the water, Aylivia found that her attentions were more often drawn to the dolphins of Pern than to the fish; and she left for the Dolphincraft Hall when she was 12 to become an apprentice. She has recently been promoted to Journeywoman and been given a dolphin partner, Altys.

Journeywoman Bastivia - (NPC, Adoptable) - Bastivia is a 33 turn old who stands at 5'10" with wavy brown hair kept in a tight braid on the back of her head and gray eyes.

Journeywoman Dierria - (NPC, Adoptable) - Dierria is a 26 turn old who stands 5'4". She has wavy blond hair when it isn't plastered to her head with water, and pretty brown eyes that earn her a lot of admiration.

Journeyman Kaew - (NPC, Adoptable) - Kaew is a 33 turn old who stands at 5'5" tall, but not for long. He has a wounded left leg from a run-in with a feline, a problem that never bothers him when he's in the water with his dolphin partner, Alos. He has long, straight brown hair that he keeps in a ponytail and blue eyes that shine happily.

Journeyman Tethien - (NPC, Adoptable) - Tethien is a 21 turn old, who stands at 6'2". She has green-brown eyes and very long, wavy brown hair that she keeps in a braid and wraps around her waist when she is swimming in order to keep it from getting in the way.
