The trilogy of Oedipus has received many reactions, here are a few from several different people...

Quote from Ryan Schuknecht, Jewish philosopher- "To say that Oedipus is an outstanding example of Greek tragedy is a far cry from reality. The author was most certainly not sane and at no point in time did he even come remotely close to captivating the audience. The only way this play would have bordered on entertaining is if Chris Farley had in fact played the role of Oedipus. I am happy the show is over and I survived because at several different times during the show I contemplated killing myself or shouting obscenities that would have got me killed. Now that it's over I can find meaning in all of my once-pointless life activities, knowing that my life cannot at any point in time get worse than when I was trapped in that damn theater. Amen.

Quote from Justin VanSchnugeelhoppertufultitcockbitchassupyourbutt, Scottish philosopher- "I don't know what I'm doing, I don't know where I going, my dad just died, I just killed Bambi, I'm out here getting my ass kicked, and every time I drive down the road, I want to jerk the wheel into a *od-damn bridge imbunkment. I think that this Oedipus guy kicks ass just because he has the word "puss' in his name. He reminds me of Alyssa, mmm... sweet Alyssa, if only she was my mom, I'd tap that a...... ahhh... well that's the end of my quote."
