On the the episode which aired Dec. 2, $540,000 was given away.

21 contestants were seen, 3 were rollover contestants from the previous show, 15 of the others made teams, with a total of 2 players being eliminated (both in Game 10).

Fewest remaining on a team at the end of the game:  3 (Game 10).

This week marked the first week that a team lost in the first round questions.  In fact, two did.  Both teams lost on the $100,000 question.

This week also marked the first week a captain vetoed an answer in the first round.  In fact, it happened twice.  Once a wrong answer was changed to the right one, and once a wrong answer was changed to ANOTHER wrong answer.
