I Want a Bicycle!

Tonight we ate at Beau Jo's again and headed to the Bicycle Aurora meeting. I've been to these meetings before, but tonight I got noticed. Tom, the leader of the group, even issued me a membership card. I passed around my book and talked about my adventures and the other members enjoyed finding out about me.

There was also a special visitor present at this meeting. Her name is Martha Roskowski and she's the founder of Bicycle Colorado, a very large organization. She updated everyone on statewide projects and bicycle related happenings in Colorado. She also announced that she will be moving to Washington, DC in May to help push some major projects through the federal government. She'll be there for a year and a half!

It was a very enjoyable evening. Now I just need to find a marmot-sized bicycle!
