Tonight's event brought me back to the Country Dinner Playhouse. It's a nice place and I enjoy coming to see what these folks will do next.
This evening was a production of "Arsenic and Old Lace". It's about two little old ladies who like to help out in their small town by killing lonely men that wonder by looking for a room to rent. Strange hunh? After their nephew discovers that they have twelve such men buried in the basement of their home he tries to get them all committed into an institution for crazy people. When the other nephew shows up, with crazy killing schemes of his own, things get very interesting.
It was a funny production and the actors were some of the best that I've seen here. I hope to return soon for some more fun and interesting shows.
