Barbera Jean Spencer to her brother Luke, Bobbie to everyone else. She's the head surgical nurse at GH, but we rarely ever see her there since she's helping everyone else in town with their problems - most times Carly.

She doesn't know what to think of her daughter's latest mess - getting pregnant with Sonny Corinthos' child, and she doesn't really know how to help her. She's given Carly a place to stay, free of rent and helps her get around, but she feels she should do more as the young woman's mother. Though Carly and her didn't start out on the best of terms, she's trying hard everyday to make the relationship stronger.
