Her mother, Rebecca Nicolleti, had died giving birth to her. Thus,the days when her father would bring her into work with him, even as a baby. She was supposed to just sit and play with dolls, but being the perceptive little girl she was, she grew up keeping close tabs on how her father ran the business - for she hoped one day he would hand it over to her.
But those dreams were quickly crushed by her father when he realized she knew more about the business that he even seemed to know...and only at the age of 15. The next year, her father sent her to live with her aunt. She had sworn to her father before she left that she would never speak to him again...and she hadn't.
She came home to Port Charles, to repair the broken relationship with her father, but it had been to late. Not feeling that her father's death had been as cut and dry as explained by her 'Uncle Sorrel,' she had it investigated. It took a while, but she found out the truth...and had things taken care of.
Now's she sitting at the head of the table, the leader of the Moreno Organization and she has only one goal, the same one her father held for many years - to hold top reign in the Port Charles area. And to do that, she must take care of Sonny Corinthos. And to get to Sonny, she'll use his one weakness - his unborn child.
