Fortress

Fortress is the second Ski area in Kananaskis Country. Its intermediate size combined with its varied terrain means that Fortress is good for the family ski vacation. Also if anybody wines cause they cant go all the way to the Lake or even to sunshine , just tell them about the great dumps of snow white that regularly besieges the place. Annually, Fortress gets an incredible twenty one feet. An awesome stat when you consider Nakiska, which is right down the range gets only five! Fortress also has a more varied terrain that is heavy towards black diamond. Fortress,being home to the Canadian Freestyle team means there is always a good show to be had.Additionally, Fortress has some but not a lot of accomadations, so book early to make sure to get the good weeks sowed up.
