Earls Bistro, located on the second floor above Abominable Sports. This is one
of my favorite dinning spots and whenever I'm in Banff, I always go to Earls. I like just being there and enjoying the atmosphere. I have a Gibson and
short ribs or Calimari for conversation food. I love to talk when I eat so by the time I get around to ordering dinner I am very hungry . My favorite
move is to let the chef prepare a sirloin, I don't just order off the menu because at Earls they serve over four dozen menu items and are flexible, so I
ask for a steak that I'll remember. Another favorite is the Salmon, Earls also serves great chicken. Lunch is also good with big salads and homemade soups.

Housed in one of Banff's original buildings , Giorgio's has everything Pasta, Pizza, zuppa di pesce,scaloppine for dinner and traditional desserts such as zuccatto and tiramisu. |
