Hey everyone, I'm Kimberly. Basically I'll start by saying I watch a lot of
TV. My favourite shows are the Simpsons of course, Seinfeld, Survivor, any
real-life TLC show, and although I know some of you may be shocked at this
but I love Martha Stewart, Jenny Jones, and Oprah (how do you like that for
diverse). TV is a way to unwind and escape for me.
If I'm not watching TV,
than I'm usually listening to music. Although I download some music, I still have a huge cd collection. I like
pretty much all types of music except country....eeew just the word gives me
chills. The cd's that are always in my cd player range from Sublime, Paul
Simon, Macy Gray, the best of the Supremes, Greenday, to the great AC/DC. I
like to keep it pretty diverse.
I just got a DVD player for Christmas. All my old favourite movies like
Mallrats and Dirty Dancing have all new scenes that I've never seen! Since I'm a huge Kevin Smith fan, it's
great!!
Also I'm a huge vid's junkie! I play playstation a lot. There is nothing
more fulfilling than beating a video game. My favourites are Driver, Silent
Hill, and Tony Hawk.
I read once in a while, and I always get my Cosmo each month.
I arranged my work and school schedule around always having Tuesday nights
free in order to go to cheap movie night. I always check out what's playing at the theater on the internet at mybc.com. The best movie of 2001 in my
opinion was by far Rockstar. That movie was awesome.
I like the internet somewhat, but I don't invest much of my time in it.
When I finally get a computer that doesn't take forever to download
webpages, maybe I will gain some interest.
Anyways, I'm in this class because I really like all these things, and thay
are a part of my life. I think we are lucky to have all this entertainment
at our fingertips. Talk to you all later......
