Pilot:
When Georgia drops the red flagged files down the elevator shaft, there is a shot of her after she dropped them that shows the files still with the pile in her hand, when she hands them to the data entry guy they are gone.

When the first reaper (black reaper) disappears after George dies, if you watch it frame by frame you can see that when he disappears people appear out of nowhere and people disappear out of nowhere.

When George is writing "MOIST" on the fridge with the magnets, it shows a shot from one angle and the "T" is about an inch or so away, then it cuts to a straight view and the "T" is right next to it.

Vacation:
The cover on Kurt Vonnegut's book Cat's Cradle was not used until the early 1990s. This book is featured in a flashback of when Georgia was a little girl, which would have taken place sometime in the early 1980s.
