To the left, you can see Shaq, a mighty Trollslayer. You can see I used the mini quite often in my Dwarf teams for league play, as the paint has even came off at some protruding parts, like the hair or the knuckle-dusters. I coached Dwarfs for three times in a row [both more and less successfully]: the "Dock Wörkers"[in my first league], then the "Iron Miners", and after them the "Golden Golems". The cheerleader on the right is from the Golems troop, thus the big "G" on the back of her shirt [the Dwarves just love those tall blonde Human girls ;-) ].. |

Cane was a great player, and a very inspiring leader. Apart from sacrifying one of his own star player rolls in order to boast his teammates with a leader re-roll, he also gave his best to make sure the opposition [and the referee, of course] keep their mouths shut about the secret weapons that my "HMZ Lions" took into play, by making use of his "Intimidating"-Skill. The Lions' fans were very proud of this outstanding player, and it was a terrible shock for all of us, when he left us during a match against the "Bingo Bongos". [We had to mourn a loss of no less than four players on that day -including Kill, our Ogre Big-Guy support- , all due to the efforts of Hingo, a very vicious Orc and his foul play!!!] |

The next two guys are my Eldar Harlequins, Cyclope and Captain. Cyclope's got his name due to the eye-mark on his mask, and Captain was just generally inspired by Superman-like heroes in terms of the colour scheme- the white star reminds me of Captain America. |

The Space Ork on the right is a Freebooter Ork model, whom for I've just made a single dynamite-bar and pinned it into his right hand instead of a gun. His name is Fotzi and I thaught I'd use him as Boss of my Gorka-Morka Gang, but sadly I've never played Gorka Morka so I didn't come to use him for anything else but display [I don't play 40K, actually]. There are two more pics of him below [I particullarly like his pink coat with the skull motif, it really looks unusual for an Ork to wear :-) ]. |

The two Orcs below are "real" classic Lord-of-the-Ring Mordor Orcs of the Red Eye, cast by Mithril Miniatures. I like them because they have less a "comic" and more like a "daemonic" look to them than Citadel Orcs. |

I call the Armalion miniature above "Red Sonja" although she is more kind of a thief or "rogue" than like the fantasy warrior-queen I've borrowed her name from. However, I think she looks good in profile, and she even won me 4th place in a small Armalion-painting competition at a local games store [one of the jurors fell for the cute little heart tatoo on her right leg :-) ]. |
