Stratos with BDI founded and are equal owners of the "International Exchange and Training CENTER of Sciences, Technology, Trading and Investment".

Among the training courses scheduled are:

1. International Exchange Program
2. English Language for Business and Finance
3. Internet Services and training
4. Preparations of prospective EIT students
5. Preparation for students who intent to study abroad
6. Training in the new Banking systems
7. Opportunities from World Trade Organization acceptance
8. Participating in European Union programs and Chambers
9. etc.

The first group for IEP has started functioning. 25 officials are following the Management coursework for high level officials. The Center is responsible and has prepared and expects the group in April to arrive in Europe, where they will spend about 4 weeks. Meetings with Government, local authorities, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Cultural, Educational entities, as well as companies are already scheduled to accept them. Among the members of the group are: the Party’s Secretary, Deputy Mayor, most directors of government departments, chairmen of large local companies, etc.

In June, there is a ceremony scheduled for the graduation of the first group. During this banquet, Chinese local and state government representatives, as well as European Delegation, Embassies from Europe and elsewhere have expressed interest in responding to our invitation by participating.
