NME UPSTARTS TOUR- BRISTOL FLEECE AND FIRKIN

Ok so after catching a train that was too early, me and my friend Emma arrived in Bristol. Located the Fleece. Noticed posh tour bus. Got excited. Went to find a shop that sold fags. Walked for ages. Walked past Nik and Keith. Got even more excited. Waited for 3 FUCKING HOURS outside the Fleece in the FUCKING COLD. Did the bastards in the tourbus notice us dying from hypothermia? DID THEY FUCK. Doors finally opened.Went in and got a drink (£2.80 for a fucking WKD Blue). Waited. The Pattern came on. My friend got excited. Was dragged off to talk to various members of The Pattern by my nutty friend. Got bored. Crackout came on. Got slightly excited. Crackout finished. Got REALLY excited. Chainsmoked for a bit. Stood by the stage while Keith set up his keyboards. Tryed to look sexy. Failed miserably (he didnt notice me. The git) VEX RED came on. Nearly pissed myself with excitement after the first note. Played a fucking blinder. Highlight song was hmmmmm ahhh Cantsmile. No Itch. No Clone Jesus. Yeah i love that song. VEX RED finish playing. Realise i had lost nutty friend. Swore a lot. Went to look in the toilets (she likes toilets). She wasnt there. Got really angry. Lighter wouldnt work. Got FUCKING angry. Came out of toilets and who was standing there?????? TERRY. Was so shocked i sqeaked and ran away (damn damn damn). Anyway, found nutty friend on THE FUCKING TOURBUS with a member of THE PATTERN. Was annoyed until she gave me a bracelet that *apparently* belonged to Terry. Stopped being annoyed and then we went home. THE END.

Thanx to Mona- Supporting Bush- Paris November 27th 2001 Yeah, I went to Bush's concert in Paris last Tuesday, and am still thinking of Vex Red. Right now i am trying to find a way to spend some money to go and them in Munich or Zurich. I talked to Terry for a few seconds, he was really nice to me and my friend and he signed our tickets. The show was great and he tried to speak French but couldn't, it was really funny. The music was amayzing. At that time I didnt know them so i couldn't really tell whether the songs were new, or not....or badly performed, or not, but i got to like Itch and Cantsmile. They really grew on me. But i really like them, and the way they were on stage.
