What i look for in a site:
Lots of content to keep me busy. I love nice layouts, but no matter how good a layout is, the content has to be good also. People can't expect to just have a good layout to hold a site together, and have really crappy content. Lots of interaction is always good too. And I can't stand it when a site isn't organized. It's just really frustrating to visit
