Splash/Enter Sign - 2/5
You have a splash page and they weren' really requirements or anything on it, just some rules.I didn't like how it was set up either.It looked like things were just thrown together that didn't have anything to do with your site.
Layout - 12/20
There were way too many frames going on at once. Frames can be a very good thing, I just think that you over did it. Also I really dislike the background. If you are going to use a background like that, at least make it so it doesn't move when you scroll the page. And it looks really Expagey. If your going to use that kind of background, try not using something so flashy.

Well it was mostly just stuff about you. Not alot of free stuff for your visitors besides some backgrounds and avatars.

The layout is the same thing that I've been seeing lately so not really anything origional about it. And your content was basically stuff that I see everywhere else.

It was organized, it's just that all of the frames make it seem more unorganized then it really is.
