Low-Carb Diets.. Are They Bad?

For anyone that doesn't know, carbs are short for carbohydrates. Carbohydrates give you energy to do things. SO, when you are Low-Carb dieting, you are starving yourself of energy. The low-carb diet is effecting all of us in a bad way.. most food company's are taking carbs out of their products. So, even kids that aren't trying to have a low-carb lifestyle are losing energy. This low-carb lifestyle is a BAD thing and it needs to be stopped!
