· Implemented PS Billing Module into existing PeopleSoft and Great Plains environment, as well as made recommendations and changes to existing PS applications that included HR, Time and Labor, Expenses, and Projects Costing, for improvement of Business Processes. 

PeopleSoft Financial Suite Implementation, Jefferson Wells International, Milwaukee, WI (May 2000 – June 2000)
Report Developer for full Life Cycle Financial Suite Implementation at North American Financials Auditing Firm
· Responsibilities included coding reports using the PeopleSoft Nvision tool, PSQuery tool, Crystal Report Writer, and Excel. 
· Other responsibilities included gathering requirements for SQR reports, modifying existing Crystal and SQR reports.
· Delivered all financial reports, a series of management reports, and numerous miscellaneous reports such as AP Trial Balance, Billing Invoices, Check Details.  The financial reports were Board of Directors reports which included Income Statements by Corporate, Region, Office, all of which were monthly and quarterly; Balance Sheet by Corporate; Revenue Ranking by Office by month and year to date; monthly Statement of Cash Flow by Corporate. 
· Developed queries and a Nvision report for the HR implementation as well as made modifications to HR Crystal and SQR reports.

PeopleSoft General Ledger, SBC Ameritech, Mt. Prospect, IL (Feb. 2000 – April 2000)
Functional Lead for General Ledger cut over at North American Wire, Cable and Network Services Company.
· “Cut over” is the term used to describe a replica informational system that runs parallel to the original system and on the original system networks, but is then disconnected from the original networks and reconnected to a network system similar to the original.  Responsible for assuring that no referential data was lost in the cut over process. 
· Developed PeopleSoft Data Mover Scripts that were eventually used to remove data that was not required by the new information system. 
· Analyzed and recommended changes to the batch cycles. 
· Provided support and was troubleshooter for most issues.

PeopleSoft General Ledger, Anixter International, Skokie, IL (Sept. 1998 – April 1999)
Functional Specialist for the implementation of PeopleSoft GL 7.5 at a worldwide wire and cable distribution company that conducts business in approximately 60 countries
· The project objective was to replace a legacy mainframe financial system with a new Y2K compliant financial package over an 18-month period. 
· Developed and implemented PeopleSoft 7.5 business processes that included worldwide Allocations and Year-End Closings. 
· Designed, developed, and tested approximately 800 allocation Process Steps which saved the company tens of thousands of dollars in man hours during the typical close cycle. 
· Implemented the Alternate Account and Enabling Separate DR and CR Account customizations for Version 7.5. 
· Designed, developed and built allocation specific tree. 
· Developed and utilized concurrency testing method designed to duplicate business processes at peak overload periods among many different time zones.
