The Dark Knight Will Run!!!!!

When the idea for this bike came up, it was headed towards being a chrome show bike with expensive paint and lots o'chrome. In the middle of getting parts, I had some things happen that turned that right around. The wheels had already been purchased, so there was nothing I could do about them. The rest went VERY DARK.
As usual, I have to kick props to everyone who helped on this one.
Mike for the parts and knowlege.
Steve for the torch work on the bars, tank, fender, and seat.
Mike R. for never letting me quit and give up......on everything.....and holding the seat pan while I drilled the holes. ;-)
Jimbo for the inspiration and kickstart on the foot controls.
Tim for most everything.(motor, electrical)
motor, roller, driveline.....check!!
motor, roller, driveline.....check!! The motor is an original 1967 with an S&S big bore kit. It's used to spin a rebuilt 1998 5-speed transmission by way of a DBL belt drive and clutch.

The Pan bottom Shovel top has to be one of the best looking motors ever!!! Thanks for the parts Mike.
Unfinished Plate/Brake light mount
Played....but I still like it.
I got a set of cut up original pipes from Tim, got 2 U's from a company in Cali, and some straight pipe from Midas. The joints are MIG welded and will not be filed or smoothed in any way. What you see is what you get.
