What equipment do you throw?  Anything that will strike.

What is your favorite all-time bowling ball?  Ebonite Turbo X

What female bowler(s) do you admire the most and why?  That would have to be Mary Betke and Carolyn Dorin-Ballard. Mary because she has always inspired me to be the best I can be and because she has always been a great bowler and an inspiration to others. Carolyn because she is a great bowler and puts her heart and soul into the sport of bowling. Both are great bowlers in their own right, but both are caring and inspirational people, and I'm a much better person for knowing both of them.

What female bowler(s) from Texas do you admire the most and why?  Well again that would have to be Mary and Carolyn for the same reasons as stated above.

Describe your most memorable bowling experience(s)?  Bluebonnet Queens 1994. I was in the lead going into the last game by only around 20 pins, so it came down to whoever won the game. I was just sitting there thinking about what I needed to do in the 10th frame and wasn't watching what Belinda (Powell) had done, but in my mind I was thinking what I needed to do if she were to strike out. That was what was going through my mind when I got up in the 10th frame. I got the 1st strike and thought I needed to have the 2nd strike. I hit the pocket and left a 7 pin. As I was running it out I ended up at the ball return on the next lane and couldn't believe I had left the 7 pin, so I kicked the ball return. I thought I had lost! Mary Betke came up to me and congratulated me. I looked at her and said "what do you mean..I had to have that strike" and she looked at me and said "Debbye you won...look at the score". When I did I had never been so embarassed in my whole life, especially for kicking the ball return. So that would be my most memorable experience....

What is the funniest thing in bowling you have ever seen or experienced?  That would be ditto of the above statement.

List awards, honors, titles, etc.:  Well I'm not one to keep my records but I will list what I can think of....I have three regional titles all in 1993. Also in 1993, I was named PWBA Southwest Region Rookie of the Year. I have 5 or 6 State Titles. I have one Bluebonnet Queens title in 1994. Also in 1994, I was named Fort Worth Bowler of the Year and was inducted into the Ft. Worth Women's Bowling Association Hall of Fame. I have the highest series for women in Ft. Worth with an 814 which I did twice and I have rolled six 300 games. I have a few city titles, but can't really say how many because I'm not sure. Tony Franklin and I have won Red River Mixed Doubles three times.
