What is your favorite all-time bowling ball?   Johnny Petraglia LT-48

What female bowler(s) do you admire the most and why?  Though I never saw her bowl, I admire the accomplishments of Marion Ladewig. Peers I admire include Donna Adamek & Nikki Gianulias (for their power and will to win), Pat & Patty Costello (tough mental players)  from the current generation, Carolyn Dorin-Ballard, Cathy Dorin-Lizzi, Lynda Barnes (for their work ethic, professional image and bowling skills), Tammy Boomershine (power player), Aleta Sill & Lisa Wagner (for their longevity at winning). I also admire Helen Duval, first, for her accomplishments as a bowler and, second, her continuing contributions to bowling as a coach and ambassador.

What female bowler(s) from Texas do you admire the most and why?  Donna Dillon (awesome power, great mental game, "teddy bear" personality)  Susie Reichley (fundamentals/mental game, perfectionist)  Luci Bonneau (great bowling skills,  projected excellent image for bowling) and a kid named Mary Betke (has the desire to win and the skills to make it happen)! Since I serve dual roles, administratively, I admire Doris Coffman, Lil Poole, Sylvia Broyles (strong, ethical leaders) & Beverly McLendon (an accomplished bowler and leader).

Describe your most memorable bowling experience(s): Several come to mind...my first bowling game at age 7 was a 92 or 94 and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED because I watched my dad and his friends bowl 200 all the time in pot games and I could not understand why I couldn't do that. My first 600 (609--193, 178, 238 for those who care, ha!) Being selected for Alberta E. Crowe Star of Tomorrow Award. Earning a spot on Team USA and representing the USA at the World FIQ in Manila, The Philippines. Being elected to the Texas WBA Board of Directors. Come to think of it, my whole life has been one big bowling experience.

What is the funniest or most embarassing thing in bowling you have ever seen or experienced? Oh, boy...showing up late for state tournament while thinking we had 30 extra minutes then going on to win doubles.  There are others I'm sure...Like all bowlers, I've been fortunate to experience many heartwarming moments--Hall of Fame inductions, first victories, marriages, births, the making of new friends, etc.  My life has been bowlers and bowling and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
