Step 1: Slip L-Bolt under or through crack of pier board.
Step 2: Tighten wing nuts snug.
Step 3: Insert hook into the eye keeping pressure on the top.
Step 4: After inserting hook gently release pressure off the top to make sure the hook is properly inserted.
Step 5: Cast your fishing rod.
Step 6: Carefully insert the rod end into the top of the device.
Step 7: Its ready to catch some fish!
The unit can be secured to various places on most piers.
