Well I am sorry that I missed last week. But I was working on the Crawdad Pond. But we do have the Crawdad Pond finished. Thanks to Carlos Carmack, Darin Epley and Sug Roberts for helping us put the fence up.

I went to Jennings, LA with Greg & David they had to go back to the boat. Spent two days and nights on the ship, it’s the biggest one I ever seen. 270 foot long, fine eating.

Visited several crawdad farms. If anyone has a field that holds water good , you may want to raise them yourself. They say there’s money in it. i guess we’ll find out.  Tommy and Jana English from Lubbock came down to visit.

WE are done eating squash and beets out of Cindy and Junior Edwards garden.  The onions are looking good, be ready last of July.

Grace Helton and Mrs. Ruby Nanny done a good job cleaning Idella Cemetery off.  Everyone needs to thank them when they see them. The Blue Bonnets sure look pretty over there now.

Danny Paul had to pull one calf and had another one to die. So he broke about even.

Claude caught a big rattlesnake, looks about like a 24 dollar job.

Estell spent the night in the Stamford hospital. Back the next day tending to her gorde vines.

Jane’s working on her lillie pond, let’s hope the mosquites don’t take it over.

The Holstins are fat and pretty.

Mary Hollingsworth’s garden is looking good.

The kids are all coming out on bicycles to go to the pool.  so the water must be just right.

The river came down bank to bank. So it will be some good catfish fishing.

I guess that’s it for this week.
