ACTIVITIES

1)    This activity is a practise study including as much tense as possible. After I teach them the tenses, I will present them this activity. This will be a good practise for them to make a good process and to gain the abilility to seperate the tenses and they will be able to recognize where the tenses are used appropriately. There may be some difficult sentences to understand but it will not matter for them since I want them to focus on the using on the verbs, helping verbs, question form(simple present tense, continous, present perfect and past tense, must, can etc.)

By the end of this activity they will have developed themselves about using of tenses. It may be a disadvantage the song?s containing limited sentences for each tense but by hearing and completing the blanks I will also ask them to make enw sentences similar to they have seen so that they will have expanded the instance sentences.

  Firstly, I ask them to listen to the song once ( it is preferable doing it twice according to student?s capacity ) After the first listening I want them to complete the missing parts.

After all the students think about the missing parts I will play it again and I will supply their being sure enough. After the whole listening I will allow them to see the correct words and let them compare their own words
with each other.

2)      By the way I will not write the title of song, I will ask them to guess so that I will get an experience about their creativity. I will ask the stundent(s) who know  the reason of thinking it  as (you must love me) and I will receieve the other students? opinion

3)      I will allow them to shout ?stop? when they hear a word th meaning of which they dont know. For example they  have heard ?passion?  they have shouted stop. I will teach them the meaning of word by explanation,demonstration etc. So that I will expand their vocabulary knowledge.

4)      Lastly  I will ask them free questions related to the song like:

What does the singer feel deep in her heart ?

Why does she think that the boy in her heart must love her?

What she wants a chance for?

What is the most important thing she wants from her lover?

5. In this activity students will produce new sentences related to the lyric using the same tense:

" give me a chance and I'll let you"
"Where do we go from here?



             So these whole activities will help my students to have a good practise about tenses to add new vocabularies in their store. In addition to these they will have increased their creativity capability and  reading comprehension skill.
