THE ACTIVITIES

Before the activities, I will want the students to dance with the music.  By means of this,  the students will be motivated to the lesson and be relax.

Then,  I will ask;
What comes to your mind when you read the title?
-Which topic will be covered?

Later, I will deliver the sheets.  In these sheets, there will be the blank spaces to fill.  This missing parts will be related with the simple present tense.  Before listening, I want them to go over the text and quess some vocabulary that might come in the lyric.

-Now they will listen to the song and check their quesses. If there is need, the song can be listened more than once.

Then, I will ask some discussion questions
-In your opinion, what is the importance of the power?
-How does the power affect our life? Bad or good?

If there is time,another activity can be made with the song.  This is a kind  of multiple choice.  There will be two alternatives for some vocobulary and the students will find the aproppriate alternative, then they will underline the correct answer. Example stanzas can be like these;
