Nothing much on Saturday. Watched a whole bunch of Al and more Al...
Time for BORED Tour! I wanted to sit right near the stage...so I did. A lot of Al fans were there! I loved watching all the bands there! But my favorites had to be Throwing Toasters and The Four Postmen!
Why? Well, Grant did mention Al...And also I loved watching him at AlCon. Also, we got a rare chance at seeing...the band! That's right! The band isn't a myth
Grant made up, it exists! But the Four Postmen...Oh my! I got a song dedicated to me! To me! Suddenly one of them went, "How old are you?"
"Seventeen."
"What's your name?"
"CindyBob!"
Strange look..."Is that your last name?"
"No. It's a Bob thing!"
I kept getting pointed at during songs...And saying I'm too young to hear this! :)) Oh boy! Lots of interaction with me! I can't believe it!
I also got two of the Four (Five) Postmen to sign my snorkel or BORED Tour ticket. Grant also signed it! Yay! Afterwards, they had cds for sale...But I didn't have any cash on me! :(( I wanted cash very much right then!
Then all of us had to say goodbye! :(( I didn't want to leave all my Al friends there! Waaaahhhh!!
Though, Tony Goldmark and I have something special in common! Probably the only two people in the world who've never seen Titanic! :O
We all had to say goodbye and leave...Chatted some more, but went to bed earlier. Karen and I had to get up and leave! :((
Got our stuff ready for the next morning, slept, got ready...We said bye to Kevin and Cid took us to the airport! Then we had to say bye to Cid! :(( Waaaahhhhh!!
Karen and I checked in and got some food from the Cinnabon (they do have good food!) and boarded our flight...We listened to some Al and talked about our
experience...We got to see the ocean! :D
Then we got to Phoenix...Karen helped me to my connecting flight...And then we had to say goodbye. :(( Waaaaahhhhhh! I boarded my flight...Which is boring...So I studied my driver's manual thing and listened to Al more on the way back. The kid behind me kept kicking my seat so he annoyed me a great deal...Though, he stopped when I started to sing Albuquerque...>:) Bwahahahaha! Finally...the flight landed...Took me forever to get out since I was in the back...
My parents were waiting for me. They missed me...Immediately went to Walgreens to develop my pictures in one hour...The guy's expression when I brought in 10
rolls of film was hilarious! Then went to Arby's to buy some curly fries and then to Walmart to buy an Album. :D Then back to Walgreens to pick up 5 out of 10 rolls of film! The rest would be picked up at 11am the next day.
That's my experience!
