My DIY auto top off setup;

This runs from a Home Depot under sink filter in the master bedroom through a small hole under the cabinet, into my closet and into a dosing/reservoir bottle, then gravity fed down a second tube through another hole in the wall on the opposite side of the closet and out into the living room behind the tank, then into the sump where a second float valve maintains the level.
