2. You have to have a site, but thats a given
3. No nudity or porn or stuff like that on your site., changed my mind, in the box put, hell no i didnt read your rules
4. Must be either a doll site, graphics site, blog or w/e
5. If you decide to put the review on your site, you have to link back to Shimmer Ink, either a text link or button doesnt matter

Content: /20 points -- Do you have enough? Is it worth looking at?
Name: /10 points -- Is your site name original?
Splash /10 points -- Is it too crowded? Is it cute? Does it make me wanna enter your site?
Layout /20 points -- Is it original? Coded right?
Originality /10 points -- Are your ideas original? Did you steal off of another site?
Colors /5 points -- Do the colors go together? Are the pleasing 2 the eyes?
Errors /5 points -- Spelling errors? Broken links?
Update? /10 points -- Is your site basically dead or do you update often?
Misc. Things /10 points -- too many popups? ad's? Music? Anything else?
