Shampoo
Shampoo is designed to cleanse the hair and scalp. They remove dirt and grime without stripping away too much of the natural sebum. About a year ago, I went to this expensive salon, and got my hair cut and dyed. I spent $120 on my hair. I bought special shampoo too. After it was gone, I only had Thermasilk and Pantene Clarifying Shampoo. Of course, I was stupid and chose to use the clarifying shampoo. Whatever you do, if you get your hair dyed, DONT USE CLARIFYING SHAMPOO!!! I lost most of my color, and it really sucked. I had to go get it dyed again:(

Leave in conditioners are designed to help retain moisture, reduce static, and add shine. They are especially good for fine hair as they avoid conditioner overload. Leave in conditioners are convienient and easy to use. They also provide a protective barrier against the effects of hair styling. You apply it after shampooing but dont rinse off. They are ideal for daily use.
