Adding Scanlines
Want to add scanlines to a picture, like shown below? Read this!Note: I'm using Psp8 so if you have a different version, some parts may be different!
1. First choose a picture, and open it in Psp. The one I'm using is shown below.
2. Make sure you have everything done that you would like to do to the picture, such as colorizing or whatever.
3. Click on Effects >>Texture Effects >>Blinds, like shown below.
4. Make sure you have the same settings as shown below or it wont look like mine, you can choose whatever color you want, though, white is best.
5. Click ok, your picture now has scanlines! It should look like the one shown below.
