People He is a man playing inthe streets of Mannheim for the Tschernobil Clildren. I have taken the picture in 1998, and when I found him there two years later, I gave him the papier copy of this picture. He may still be playing in the streets. Look for him when you are in Mannhem.   These two homless men are sitting in an open raillway station when the temperature were -20 Celsius outside.
