Georgia's beans.
1 onion chopped
2-3 garlic cloves (or 2 teaspoons minced garlic)
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
3 teaspoons vegeta (vege spice)
1 tablespoon flour
milk (or cream if you want it richer)

Cook onion and garlic in the oil until onion is clear. Add flour and stir in thoroughly, slowly add small amounts of milk (or cream ) the mixture will go thick, stir out lumps and keep adding milk until you have the amount of sauce that you want. Then add the spices and stir in.

For the beans, cook cut beans in the microwave with a little water for 20 mins. Put in an oven proof dish cover with Georgia's sauce and cook in a 180 C oven for another 30 mins.

Strawberry Romaine Salad
1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 red onion, sliced
355g fresh strawberries, sliced
1 can mandarin oranges (You could use fresh instead)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice

In a large bowl, mix the romaine lettuce, red onion, strawberries, and mandarin oranges.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, cherry juice, honey, poppy seeds, and lemon juice. Pour over the lettuce mixture, and toss to coat.
