The first thing I did was drill the outer halves. When you reach the insides you can just break off the outer ring thats left over. If you want you can break the gade apart first then cut out the discs.

Here are all the parts you will need to make the CoralGade.

This step is necessary to make your gade look clean.  First I took a cutting tool to shave off all the melted plastic and cleaned up the edges. Then I took a polishing tool to smooth the rough spots. The rings will not fit the disc, so I angles the disc like you see in the picture to make it fit easier.

If you don't have a drenel, you can just use sandpaper. Same thing, but takes longer.

Now that everything is clean and polished up, push the discs into the c-snake rings. It should be a tight fit and that will hold everything together once you assemble it.
