Rollersnake
Equiptment needed:
Duncan Wheel
Viper Hub
drill
1 1/2" hole saw
dremel or sandpaper
some kind of glue
exacto knife

Here's a pic of a semi finished Rollersnake. (the caps still need to be cleaned up)
Here's a pic of the holw saw I used and the halves that have been drilled. I used the 1 1/2" hole saw and first on the reverse setting on the drill Iwent down a bit.  Then I switched to forward and went all the way through.  Once you drill out the circles clean off the edges of the flakes and melted plastic with a exacto knife.
In this step you have to drill out the center of the end cap. Its just for the looks and all you need is a 1 1/4" hole saw or drill out the spokes with a bit and break out the insides.  To clean out the inner rim you can use a sanding bit or felt tip on the dremel to eat away the rough spots to your liking.
Here's a pic of the inside and outside without caps and I used a cement to glue the hub to the half.  For now I will leave it with cement and if I like it I will use epoxy to secure the hub to the half forever.
Here's a pic of my rough cut Rollersnake unassembled.
Many other things can be done to this yo like polishing the rims to dying the endcaps.  The possibilities are endless and you can do what every you want with it from here.

I would consider this mod semi dangerous with the hole saw so do this at your own risk.  The only part you can ruin with this mod is the Wheel so a few bucks isn't that bad when you mess up.
