Green Tomato Minceme

12 medium pared chopped apples1 pound seeded raisins1/2 cup chopped suet3 1/2 cups firm packed brown sugar1/2 cup vinegar or lemon juice2 teaspoons cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp cloves'1/2 tsp ginger
Cook until fruit is done and boiling hot.Pour into sterile sealers or Pack in bags when cool and put in freezer
